Kateryna (Kate) Popova is Managing Director of PLEON Talan KYIV, a leading Ukrainian PR and communications agency. Kateryna leads the agency’s work on complex strategic communications projects for major international donors as well as key private-sector clients.
She brings a strong corporate background in communications and leadership, underpinned by an MA in Strategic Communications from King’s College London. She is also an alumna of the MIM–IMD Women Leadership Programme and the International Security and Intelligence Programme by the Cambridge Security Initiative. Kate also holds IMD certifications in Strategic Thinking and Complex Problem Solving.
She operates across public and private sectors, with a proven ability to design and deliver communications strategies in high-stakes, rapidly changing environments.
